I provide AI advisory to help people choose the right direction early and avoid costly outcomes.

People come to me at decision points where AI, tools, people, or systems are involved and the cost of getting it wrong is high.I assess the situation, surface faulty assumptions about what AI can and cannot do, and help determine the course that is appropriate - including what should be pursued, what should wait, and what should be avoided. The emphasis is on sound judgment early, to prevent delay, rework, exposure, and avoidable downstream risk.

Advisory engagements focus on clarifying direction, identifying risk, correcting assumptions, and determining appropriate next steps. Implementation is handled separately through the appropriate tools or professionals.
